Important information regarding Coronavirus and our response

TMG is actively monitoring the status of COVID-19 (coronavirus), and the impact to our company, staff, clients and the extended community.

If you have been monitoring the spread of COVID-19, you will be aware that the World Health Organisation has now declared it a global pandemic.  Rest assured, we've moved quickly to minimise any disruption to the operation of our company and to ensure the health and wellbeing of all staff.  We're confident that we have the necessary controls in place to continue to provide you with our products and services to support your company needs as we deal with the challenges of the pandemic.

We have implemented some interim operational measures and changes to reduce our and your exposure to the virus and TMG maintaining our support to you during this time.

 

Meetings/Training/Demonstrations

All face-to-face training seminars, customer demonstrations and meetings have been postponed under further notice.
TMG will instead communicate via online web conferencing software which includes screen share and video capability and works on both mobile and desktop internet devices.

Product Stock Levels

Our product stock levels on most test equipment, tools and consumables are adequate, with additional stocks already scheduled to ship, or are currently in transit.

Technical Support

We pride ourselves in offering superior pre- and post-sales technical support. In light of the current situation, with any suspected software or hardware issues with any test equipment, rather than providing an over-the-counter technical support, you will be required to leave the unit with TMG to be assessed.

We are under the assumption due to an increase of people self-isolating at home, there will be direct increase in customers utlising their home internet which may result in Australia's telecommunication networks being put under greater load and presure to maintain an acceptable quality of access. We would expect that more faults may be reported adding additional workload for Australia's telecommunication subcontractors over the next several months.
