• The MPA 7400 uses a built-in 400MHz PC to add a powerful processing platform to the high performance MPA engine, which is already well known for its stability and ability to handle the high loads experienced in today's networks. The portable integrated analyser is thus the ideal choice for advanced analysis of both mobile and fixed networks • The MPA provides three simultaneous measurement functions: -Powerful protocol analysis -Complete statistics -Alarm monitoring -Optionally, comprehensive CDR generation can be added as a fourth simultaneous process • The MPA supports a full range of signalling protocols including, but not limited to: -CCITT Blue Book -ITU-T White Book -ANSI/Bellcore SS7 plus many national versions -ETSI Core INAP -AIN as well as MAP -A-interface and A-bis for GSM, DSC1800 and PCS1900 systems -IS-41C for AMPS/CDMA -Plus a range of access protocols, including ETSI ISDN, DASS2 and V5.x • The instrument can be controlled from a remote PC using standard communication interfaces and PC remote control programs, e.g. PC-Anywhere
